Koç University’s central campus in Rumelifeneri is located north of Istanbul, overlooking the Bosphorus and the Black Sea. The campus has 60 buildings with a construction area of ​​230,000 square meters.
 
The university began operations in 1993 in a converted factory building in Istinye, Sariyer. After the university moved to Rumelifeneri's new home, the Istinye campus was remodeled to make it a high-end conference and training center. Other campuses and locations of the University of Koko include dormitories and residences on the west campus (Rumelifenri, Sariyer), the University Hospital of Koko (Topkapi, Istanbul), Anad (Beyoglu, Istanbul), Kobos ( Ischli, Istanbul), Akmed (Antalya) and Vicam (Ankara)).
 
The Koç University Suna Kıraç Library has five branches, with approximately 322,000 printed copies, as well as nearly 160,000 e-books and 64,000 online books. The library also holds about 2,000 rare materials in the fields of Ottoman Empire and European history, literature and religion.
